Our annual Spring Connection is your opportunity to learn best practices from other leaders in the industry, share issues, discuss solutions and have fun growing and connecting with your fellow nurse leaders! We know how important connections are in this industry, and knowing you are not alone is crucial in this day and age.

On Wednesday, May 8, there will be committee meetings at 12:15pm and then two sessions for both AL and SNF: An Assessment on Dementia/Intimacy, and Financial Lookouts - Elder Abuse (signs to look for to protect residents from financial scams). Then there will be an Exhibit Hall and Reception 4:45 pm - 6:15 pm with up to 35 exhibits!
On Thursday there will be three sets of breakout sessions, and the Annual Meeting and district meetings will be in the afternoon. The AL Nurse Leader of the Year will be awarded on Thursday as well (nomination information is available at mndona.org).
Application will be made to MN-BELTSS for 8.5 CEUs.
